We at DMA Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Eugen-Diesel-Straße 8, 37671 Höxter, wish to explain in the following which personal data we collect when you use this website and how we process it.
Purpose, legal basis, categories of recipient, storage period of processed data
Purpose: Presentation of the company and provision of services and/or the sale of products and communication via the internet
The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about the products and services offered by our company, combined with the capability of allowing users to contact specific partners at our company.
Apart from this, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for processing personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party and for performing the corresponding actions prior to entering into a contract.
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on us pursuant to any applicable EU legislation or pursuant to any applicable legislation of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partly applicable.
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of protecting our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided such interests do not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our business interests, being able to provide our website, data security, the assertion of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
For this purpose – and in line with providing the service – we engage service providers that have been specifically bound to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. Disclosure of data to the authorities takes place only where overriding legal requirements exist. No data is transferred to third countries.
When you visit our website a connection to your browser is established. In the process, the following data is automatically collected by placing temporary system files on your computer: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of files retrieved, name of the website from which you accessed our site or from which you were referred to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, where appropriate, the operating system used on your device and the name of your provider.
We process the stated data for the purpose of establishing a stable connection and maintaining system security. The resulting connection data is automatically deleted, normally for a maximum of seven days. If the website is misused, log files – which need to be stored for evidence purposes – are kept until the incident has been clarified.
